Ooyala IncSoftware Engineer - Dallas, TX 2015- Present

  • Sofware Engineer working on various Ooyala products using Java and Go lang.
  • Creating a scalable, fault tolerant and performant Indexing pipeline using Kafka Connect, Spring-boot and Kubernetes platform

Inmers LLC Software Engineer Intern - Dallas, TX - 2013-2014

  • Worked on developing full-fledged fax channel using which users can directly fax reports to our central server. The incoming reports will be automatically processed and made available for the intended doctor or patient through report-view module.
  • Cloud Channel Module: Ideated and developed various file upload channel using DropBox API, BOX REST API. Drag and Drop from web, Fax Channel using Innnoport.
  • Application level Notification & Messaging System: Using a Publish/Subscribe Model service such as Pusher, created a system level notification and messaging system using which various notifications or messages could be sent to individual or groups of users in real-time across multiple devices such as web & mobile.
  • Multi-referral System: Ideated and developed multi-referral system using which doctors can refer multiple patients to one or more doctors in or out of the system. Constructed step by step workflow to initiate, share data within the referral system based on HIPAA guidelines.
  • Audio Transcript Module: Developed a feature where doctor can record critical patient information using WebRTC.
  • Group Configuration: Created a system to add Groups and invite various doctors to that group.
  • Locking Module: Designed a custom locking mechanism using a report can be locked or unlocked based on credentials and authorization. Implemented a workflow using which the patient reports can be unlocked for viewing by requesting the report owner (Patient or Doctor)
